Your lodging options will be selected in your conference registration form and will be charged though MAJ. No additional forms for Grandview will be required. 

MAJ will handle booking for your lodging and coordinate sleeping arrangements in accordance with your preferences expressed on your registration form.

Lodging scholarships may be available - subject to funds. Please contact Lachlan Anders MacLeod for further details, 612.375.1707.

Room reservation cutoff is October 5, 2025. Reservations after that date are subject to availability. 

What does this get me? 
We have a block of multi bedroom cabins, with shared living room & kitchen. However, each person gets their own bedroom and bathroom, unless specified on your registration form that you want to share a bedroom with another named attendee.

Do I have to stay on a cabin with other people?
We do have a limited number of individual rooms in the Main Lodge & Hotel, or single room cabins. 

ROOM COSTS & CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Room charges will be paid though MAJ and billed at time of registration.  
• Cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to stays will receive full refund.  
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to stay will receive partial refund. 
• Day of cancellations and No Shows are not eligible for refund.
