Workers’ Compensation Committee

The purpose of the Workers’ Compensation Committee is to provide members with timely, informative and practical information that assists their efforts to represent workers’ compensation claimants.  It is the goal of the Committee to provide counsel, support and assistance to workers’ compensation practitioners throughout Minnesota to assure delivery of the highest quality of legal representation to the injured worker.  The Committee acts as a clearinghouse and disseminator for all relevant information and is charged with developing strategy and recommending actions on legislative issues to the Legislative and Executive Committees.  It is the goal of the Committee to sponsor an annual Workers’ Compensation Institute in cooperation with the Education Committee.
