2018 MAJ New Lawyers Section Toys for Tots Drive

 

 

 

The MAJ New Lawyers Toys for Tots drive will take place between now and December 17th. The section would like to encourage members and member law firms to gather toys and/or monetary donations for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Checks can be made out to Toys For Tots/Marine Toys For Tots Foundation or the Minnesota Association for Justice. If you wish to receive a receipt for your monetary contribution, you must make the check out to the Toys For Tots/Marine Toys For Tots Foundation, and the foundation will issue a receipt to the name and address on the check. During the week of December 17th the New Lawyer’s Section members will pick-up your donations from the following drop-off locations:

Acceptable Donations

An acceptable donation is a NEW unwrapped toy. Some examples of these are Nerf Guns, action figures, dolls, baby toys, puzzles and non-realistic looking weapons. Toys for Tots also accepts gift cards, however gift cards will not be given as a gift. If you do desire to give a gift card, the cards will be used to purchase toys for distribution.

Toys for Tot's does not accept clothes, food, used or open toys, liquid products (such as cologne, perfume, body wash, lotion, toothpaste etc.).
