Summary

We have been fielding lots of questions from potential clients and attorneys about whether they have may have a COVID-19 nursing home case. Given the difficulties of any nursing home case and especially in the context of COVID-19, we decided to put together a 1-hour webinar to talk about some of the key issues, litigators may face. To achieve the goal of giving you the information you need to decide whether to handle the case, the Kosieradzki Smith attorneys will address the following issues in the context of COVID-19:
