Amicus Curiae Committee

Ensuring access to justice for your clients in the Minnesota courts cannot rely on legislative work alone. MAJ’s Amicus Curiae Committee is the best in the state and assists our profession by submitting briefs in support of issues before the Minnesota Appellate Courts. The MAJ Amicus Curiae Committee accepts solicitations from members and non-members alike, provided that the case presents an issue of statewide importance to our profession or one which is significant to our members.

If you would like more information on how to submit a request for Amicus or if you would like to participate on the Amicus Curiae Committee, please contact Derek Lamparty at dlamparty@mnaj.org.

It's about accountability.

Powerful corporations have spent billions to evade accountability when they hurt and kill Americans. Take Justice Back is a public education and grassroots campaign to restore accountability, promote safety and ensure Americans have access to justice.
