Mock Trials/Focus Groups
If you wonder how a jury will react to your case, Minnesota Association for Justice's Mock Trial Program can provide insight. Attorneys test arguments, theories and witness credibility before a panel of six or 12 citizen jurors. In addition, mock trials provide clients with a realistic estimate of possible damages; and by talking with the jurors at the end of the program, you will discover your case's strengths and weaknesses.
