We have been fielding lots of questions from potential clients and attorneys about whether they have may have a COVID-19 nursing home case. Given the difficulties of any nursing home case and especially in the context of COVID-19, we decided to put together a 1-hour webinar to talk about some of the key issues, litigators may face.
