EXHIBITOR and SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
The resort will be filled with approximately 150 member attorneys for MAJ’s 30th Annual Convention. Located on beautiful Lake Darling in Alexandria, MN, the resort provides golf, fishing, jet skiing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, tennis and Arrowwood's Big Splash indoor water park. Only 120 miles from Minneapolis, you can mix business with a fun filled weekend. Exhibitors are invited join registrants at the Thursday and Friday night social events as well as greeting them in the Exhibit Hall during daily programming.
The Exhibition/Registration Hall is ideally located adjacent to programming. Continental breakfast and all breaks throughout the convention are located in the Exhibitor Hall .
A $450.00 exhibitor fee includes exhibit space, 6' skirted table, two chairs, electrical outlet, Thursday Evening Reception, Luncheon on Friday, Dinner/Awards program on Friday Evening, electronic mailing list of all registrants, and a 1/6 page advertisement in the Minnesota Association for Justice magazine. All other items such as lodging, video equipment, outside telephone lines, etc. are at the vendor's expense. Requests received will be considered as firm orders; deposits are not refundable. Subletting or assigning of space is not permitted and only the product and services of the contracting firm may be shown. MAJ reserves the right to approve exhibits.
ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE
Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis in advance of the Convention. Location preferences will be honored when possible. MAJ reserves the right to re-locate booths if exhibit hall layout changes are necessary.
Exhibitor space may be reserved with a 50% deposit payable by August 1, 2012, with the balance due at the convention.
The Exhibit Hall will be open to all convention registrants on Thursday, August 16, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (exhibitors may begin to set up at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.) On Friday, August 17th, the exhibit area will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 18th, the hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE
The application for space constitutes a contract for the right to use the exhibit space. Please sign the original application (enclosed) and return it to MAJ. A signed copy will be returned to you confirming the contract.
Call Arrowwood Resort after May 31, 2012 at 1-320-762-1124 for room reservations and identify yourself as a MAJ convention participant.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT AND LIABILITY
The rights and privileges of an exhibitor will not be infringed upon by any other exhibitor. MAJ reserves the right to restrict exhibits which may be objectionable. Neither MAJ, nor Arrowwood Resort assumes responsibility for damages or loss of any kind.
Each registrant receives a bound convention seminar book which includes educational material referenced throughout the year. Advertising layouts are available for exhibitors.
