Minnesota Association for Justice donates ‘Lids for Kids’ Print E-mail
Lids for Kids Photo Through the kind donation of Minnesota Association for Justice members, the organization was able to donate 65 “Lids for Kids” to the Sabathani Community Center in Minneapolis.

A very high percentage of cyclists' brain injuries can be prevented by wearing a bike helmet. Through Lids for Kids, the Minnesota Association for Justice could make a difference in someone's life.

Consumer organization emphasizes its mission in its name Print E-mail

In an effort to highlight their commitment to justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguarding justice.jpgvictims' rights and strengthening the civil justice system, members of the Minnesota Trial Lawyer Association have voted to change their name to the Minnesota Association for Justice.

Minnesota Association for Justice President Chris Messerly said that the organization’s new name reflects what it does, fight for justice.

Tim Adams Named Executive Director Print E-mail

Following an extensive search process by an Executive Director Search Committee, and upon recommendation of the Executive Committee, the MTLA Board of Governors at their May meeting, unanimously approved the appointment of Tim Adams  as executive director to Martin advised MTLA leadership that, for the good of the organization and staff, they should begin the process of finding his replacement because his almost legendary struggles with coronary artery disease were prone to continue.   While he is stepping down as executive director, plans call for Martin to continue at MTLA in some capacity.
